Open House for Proposed Regional Trail Connection April 6
The City and local partners are conducting a design study for a proposed segment of the Lake Marion Greenway through neighborhoods near Kelleher Park. Those interested in the project are invited to an open house to ask questions and provide feedback.
Westbound County Road 42 CLOSED at I-35W Beginning April 17
Westbound County Road 42 will be completely closed at the I-35W junction for bridge repair and road improvements starting April 17. Westbound lanes are expected to reopen on May 22. At that time, eastbound lanes will close until June 21.
Spring Recreation Times Now Available
The Recreation Times is a 'one stop shop' for the City of Burnsville's recreation information. The recent spring publication provides information on upcoming events and activities for all ages.
Minnesota State Law requires that the three highest paid positions be posted
annually for the City of Burnsville. Effective January 3, 2017: City Manager - $162,434; Public Works Director - $141,874; and Police Chief and Fire Chief - $140,411.
