    September 13, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM @ Burnsville High School Tennis Courts

    Want to volunteer? BCTV is looking for volunteers to run cameras at mobile production events. BCTV covers more than 60 local sporting or community events each year and two to three volunteers are needed at each event. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! A brief, one-hour training will be provided.

    September 13, 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM @ Burnsville Ice Center

    These sessions are for hockey skaters of any age to come and skate with sticks & pucks! Come work on your skating skills, drills & stick handling. All equipment is required for any skater 17 & under. Helmets are required for any skater 18 & older. Scrimmages, games, & lessons are not allowed at any time.

    This City-sponsored workshop will be led by expert land managers from Minnesota Native Landscapes. Minnesota Native Landscapes has coordinated many large and successful buckthorn removal and habitat restoration projects around the state. Learn how to successfully remove buckthorn, how to bring back native plants and what City programs are available to assist with buckthorn removal.
