  1. Lake Marion Greenway Public Open House

    August 23, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Burnhaven Library

    The City of Burnsville and local area partners are working on design and potential routes for a new trail to connect Burnsville to the greater Lake Marion Regional Greenway. The proposed 1.8-mile trail segment would extend from the Burnsville/Savage border on Burnsville Parkway West, through Kelleher Park, and then follow Judicial Road north to an existing trail near the entrance of Sunset Pond Park.

    Burnsville's compost site will be open for buckthorn disposal the last weekend of the month June through September. The compost site will also be open for buckthorn every weekend in October. Available to Burnsville residents only.
