What We Do

The Burnsville Forestry Department is responsible for maintaining trees within City parks and along boulevard right-of-ways

Forestry staff are tree care professionals with ISA Arborist Certification, membership in the Minnesota Society of Arboriculture, and MN Tree Inspector Certification.

Hire Only City-Licensed Tree Contractors

Any company that you hire to do tree work must have a tree contractor license from the City. The list of currently licensed tree contractors also denotes companies with a Minnesota Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License.
