Primary Services
The City of Burnsville Utilities provides services and billing for costs associated with fresh water delivery and waste water removal. In addition, the City collects fees for sewer treatment services provided by the Metropolitan Council, and for other services such as street lighting, sidewalk plowing and storm drainage fees.

Moving Out?
A final meter reading is required. Customers moving out of the city need to contact utility billing at 952-895-4480 with a forwarding address for a final bill and a final meter reading.
